If you're young, and working out, it can be difficult to gain enough weight to make a difference. Hayabusa isn't trying to lose weight, he's maintaining it. If you're overweight, what you eat is critical. Just running won't cut it. I know when people are eating well at the place I work out because those are the people who consistently lose weight. The ones that don't still push themselves at workout, but when asked about their eating, they admit they haven't been following the plan. Eating well, when you're trying to lose weight, is the most critical part.
