Anyone knows if Warband is shown at E3?
Don't make me get all Merlkir on your ass.
When I was 12yo I killed a doberman leaping at me with a roundhouse kick.

Nice armour:

And a new Nord perhaps? Could it be a berserk (bear sack)?  :P

Anyone knows if Warband is shown at E3?

I found a French article about Warband being shown at E3.
This is an approximative translation of the "complete list" of the new features:

    * - multiplayer mode: up to 32 players fighting on dedicated maps.
    * - better AI
    * - new diplomatic options, new interactions with Lords
    * - better graphic engine, HDR. Characters, weapons and armors will be more detailed
    * - new factions, with dedicated units and equipments
    * - possibility to recruit Lords as your vassals
    * - possibility to marry a Lady
    * - more complete management of your fiefs
    * - better companions management
    * - different sizes for the horses
    * - new options for the difficulty level
    * - improved combat system
    * - more options during sieges
    * - improved precision for archers
    * - possibility to re-use throwing weapons, arrows and bolts
    * - better accessibility for beginner players.

Are you sure factions is plural? Only one new faction is announced.
Maybe it just means the existing factions have been remade or something...

EDIT:
Nah, I know enough French to see plural;
- de nouvelles factions avec unités et équipements dédiés

no new animations? i think they're important for a better feeling and immersion, for the rest i see an abused shader use  :(

Shaders look nice, couching pose is better. New animations would be good (really!).

BUT! Taleworlds, please!!! Make new heads! :(

BTW: this armor looks tasty:

Notice how the grass green reflects in the tunic? The effect is a bit strong, but that's some pretty good shader.

Yeah that armour is frekkin hot.

But it just makes me think it's not worth modding now and waiting for bump mapping etc.

Even though it should be easy to port, the quality won't be up to scratch.

Modding some decent looking items will take more time, that's all. But it seems to me they moved to some really highres textures. I wonder how the performance will take that..
Also, looking at these screenshots made me realize how big an issue the ugly heads are. The normal mapped armors are just awesome, but the realism is seriously interrupted by the doll like heads..

Gee, I don't care much about graphics. Yeah, the SC are nice, though.

But the highlight, if it's confirmed, is the possibility to marry a Lady.  :mrgreen:

Yeah, I agree they look a little.. soulless.

I think performance will, inevitably take a hit but I think i'm just going to turn my battlesizer down to 200 or something.

~350 makes sieges a tad hard anyway.

It is confirmed

Don't know if anyone found this yet:

This one is better quality, I think:

Oh nothing's ever good enough for Adorno...

for abuse of shaders i was talking about this :
(click to show/hide)

about the last screen, how do the fabric reflect the environment? instead metal (for example the helmets) should do it, medieval 2 has a great blurried envmap that reflect the enviroment with the right colours based on the sky and the type of terrain, they should aim for something similar...
