Taking over the thorne of a faction. Gather support from other lords and clain the throne for yourself (not for someone else -claimant).
Basicly kingdom managment.

Mercenary should be something else than templar.

I like the bandits , but you should add more different kind of mercenary. In fact, maybe the lower tier of mercenary ( such as bandits , thieves... ) should be recruited from the tavern, while the higher mercanary thier should be hired from another place. Or maybe an option when you talk to the tavern keeper. Or a new NPC .

Mercenary of all kind : "gothic" knight and dismounted, Mercenary sergeant ( 1 handed weapon and shield ), M. spearman , M. archer... Pikeman.. Maceman , 2 handed weapon ( any kind )...

And you should add a cheap "celtic cavalry" as mercenary. Irish, scott and welch really need that kind of mercenary to fight the british.

is it possible to have bandits whereever you want? I mean edit the places they infest? - if not the steppe bandits in england will at least have to be renamed and be given some other gear - highway robbers perhaps, revolting peasants - a shame this isnt early watt tyler time then you could have had his revolts in cornwall etc....dont know about the raiders.....a bit late for them really.....and the horned helmet...ehehehehehe yeah right....why the hell do some still like vikings with horns - silly christian idea - the devils from the sea....local irish raiders and looters in ireland would be good since the pretty much was a commoon pasttime to go stealing every now and then....kept the young from doing stupid stuff at home...they allways fight and break stuff so why not have them do it elsewhere and train them for some skirmishes at the same time.......blabbering...sorry

ah - you could also add some heretic bands - like the looters or just rename them - make those groups 3 or 4 times larger say 30-40 or even more - bandits, starving townfolks, sick and angry people.....think of them like they are discribed in the "name of the rose"......France could also have some of them....

Just some ideas to add some diversity and life to the land with little extra work......the empty lands in mods sometimes makes the countryside seem dead...know what i mean?

encountered 32 highland warriors and got a huge amount or looted items compaired to when i finished off 41 sherwood suckers - And while 77 wiking raiders was a larger party that amount of looted items still seemed to be rather huge too - the sherwood items looted seemed fair....maybe some tweaking is needed...

no vikings eh - good - they are a bit odd in that age.....uh yeah i could imagine fighting a regular scottish army instead of 32 deserters will give a lot of loot...... - by the way if you make the english have more lords and places to fill the map and press the welsh into wales - make the english troops weaker perhaps - an more expensive....to compensate for the added lords and villages, castles and town....to take one 3rd away from the welsh and give it to the english at the start to level the density should do it - and perhaps take some hitpoints from english units - wuhile they have good gear and manpower a larger part of the population is untrained in regular war...wales is a bit overcrowded at the moment and england is a bit empty.....maybe add a few extra villages to english besides the 3rd of the welsh, but i dont know if that will mess up the village castle town relationships - i dont know how the system works...

One thing that has bothered me slightly in both this mod and Britain 1257 or whatever is that the scottish outfits have the texture of the ragged outfit. It just looks ugly cause of how it so.... swollen, in lack of a better word. The highlanders look like walking balloons with claymores. If you could make and add a reskin of the mail shirt instead or something i think would look much better. Then it wont need sleeves on it to add some more variation.

How 'bout that?  :D

I like the sleevsless thing but its still a reskin of the ragged outfit so its ok. Im not saying the existing outfits are bad, just saying they could be better.

Rath0s,
What you think about the limitation of the number of knights in armies?

Rath0s,
What do you think about the limitation of the number of knights in armies?

What do you mean, to little number of knight or to many?

To little, like real medieval wars.
For example: an army that have 100 troops must have nt more than 30 knights , if 200 must have nt more than 60.
