Well, I figured this bug is major enough to warrant it's own thread.
It's very irritating.
Random troops in troops.txt are affected. Their inventory disappears and they become naked. The bug is fixed when closing M&B and reopening it.
However, this bug can also affect heroes, and the player. That gets annoying, as it can delete your whole inventory.
I think it might be caused by a memory leak or something. This bug might also be related to the glowing trees/dark trees on the map bug. (Daytime trees sometimes are used during the night or nighttime trees are used during the day. Like the inventory bug, this is also fixed by closing M&B and reopening it.)
