We wanted to be more available, open, and transparent, and as part of that new approach to our communication, we started these weekly updates to give you a sneak peek of what we are currently doing in the development of Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord, introduce you to the team that is making the game and tell you about our future plans and intentions…

[/parsehtml]Read more at: http://www.taleworlds.com/en/Games/Bannerlord/Blog/71

The thing that has me most surprised is how little I cared that this devblog didn't contain anything. I guess my hype's finally dead after 1/20th of a century.

Well, this is an odd one to be certain.
Either release is ways off and they try to spread out the dev blogs even further, or the game is on its last stretch of development (though still no locked in release date) and they decided to give a nice retrospective on the last year.

Lets just hope we'll never open their page to the "Two-Year Recap" :fruity:

Even though some of the blogs have been lacking (a'hem, this one...) I always look forward to Thursdays!

Can't wait for some substantial videos/info come Gamecom

Yeah same here. Not always enjoying what I read tbh, but I'm still heavily invested in the game.
Used to read them at work but then Callum started spreading them out even more over the day  :fruity:

Not long until Gamescom now, we will have something nice to share with you all there.
I know you can't get into specifics but is it worthwhile to come visit your booth? I would only be going to Gamescom for you guys since it's only 20 mins from where I live but if it's just videos at the booth I can save that money

If you can find your way into the business area then I would be more than happy to bring you into the booth.

Ha, sadly no way for that, but with that heat right now in Germany I think its actually cooler to stay at home :fruity:

Well, I think I speak for many when I say a screenshot would have been nice.

Still, progress is progress. Hopefully by the time it's released I will be able to buy it full price. By then I will also need a thorough tutorial.

Wish we would get a new blog explaining what they did with the companion system (or plan to). Yes, there are more of them (a lot more) but how do they level? In Warband I remember this being the most onerous part of the experience. Leveling up Companions was vital but was also took forever compared to everything else. If they fix that part of the game then I will be quite happy.

Of course, we know isn’t possible to please everyone.

Yes, for example I am not pleased with this post right now.

Callum ! Okay emotions and all but couldnt you at least put one or two screenshots ? You know we wait for these for a week !
