perhaps I am quite off topic in an off topic section, and that means I am doing good. Am I?
I am here to ask for the help of the warm-heart people in this board and of those interested in a specific sport, Lacrosse, that as far as I know is quite popular in the US, Canada and some other English and French speaking countries in the world. Unfortunately, it is not popular at all in Italy. Since funds for minor sports in Italy are almost null (basically you find money mainly in football, basket and, more recently, in rugby. That's it!), the Italian girls decided to start a crowdfunding campaign to help them meeting the funds needed to finance their expedition to the European Championship in Prague (Czech Republic), July 5th 2015: http://www.ec15lax.com/. Some rewards are provided, ranging from an official t-shirt to a basket of Italian food and, if you pass by Italy (or close to, I guess), you can also spend a day or a dinner with the team.
