I think superficial sponsors don't really fit in with these kind of tournaments: they take away too much attention.

Maybe hold a pilot tournament of this sometime soon with a limited playerpool and only 4 teams or something?
 
I don't think it's worth going overboard. This should be something which sparks some hilarious debate about the value of players, creates some interesting warband matches and then wraps up in a few weeks to make way for a proper tournament.
 
May as well do it in the dead space over summer. That way it doesn't take any time from true clan tournaments. Definitely up for helping if people are interested.

Might be good way for players from smaller teams to get exposure with those from big teams too.
