Is there an in-game world map?

When I did a search for "suvarnabhumi Mahayuth map" I found some images that looked like screenshots from inside the mod, similar to the world map report in Gekokujo and similar mods.

But I cannot find it in game.  Am I missing something, and if so, where is it?
