Ride the country roads. Blue Ridge mountains, Shanendoah river.

Too poor.
My pops has been to Dublin quite a few times Menjoo, I can only ever pass on his recommendation that you do not drink on the main Dublin streets, you'll be paying the most obscene prices available for alcohol within the United Kingdom and Ireland. I realise you're living in Norway and it's already ridiculously high but find somewhere off the beaten path to drink to save some pennies.

Mudding is supposedly the funnest thing ever, at least according to all the white trash and rednecks I've been around. Hunting, fishing, hiking, etc. Also, bring little bags of meth to feed the locals. You can even hand-feed them without worry; most of them are completely toothless.

Visit historical sites/ natural wonders, Civil War, local history, tall tales about places, caves, etc.

Leaving for Ireland in a few hours, namely Portstewart, Belfast and Dublin. Any last minutes tips of what I have to see? And what to eat and drink especially? Anything special about the Irish cuisine? Any good beer (besides Guinness and Kilkenny)?
Also any recommendations on pubs in Dublin would be very welcome, especially if they are close to Stephen's Green.

I've only ever been to dublin and was only for a short amount of time, but maybe I can add something; the Temple Bar is overpriced and not worth it. Apparently it's a semi-famous thingamajig but I hadn't heard of it before untill I got there. It was crowded as hell, a bit ritzy and more expensive than any other pub.

What is a cool one is the Galaxy Bar atop the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin. It's on the eightththth floor, has a view over the entire city and you get into the storehouse by buying a ticket and you can redeem that ticket for a free pint (guess what beer) in the galaxy bar.

And if you're lucky some daft berk offers you his ticket for seemingly no good reason whatsoever!

I didn't find Temple Bar particularly overpriced. Though that might be because I'm used to way worse here. I also found it to be a fairly pretty district. Though I'll definitely add to Vieira's recommendation of O'Donoughues.

Norway is even more overpriceder. Temple bar was noticably more expensive than other bars is my point.

And it looked like a poorly done christmas tree when I was there.

The Guinness Storehouse is a pretty neat place, I enjoyed it. I went to Temple Bar for a pint just have one there, but all my drinking was done in Sandymount for the most part. I ended up crashing some fancy solicitor's birthday party with my friend and some other dude who I still only know to this day as "Niall the Drug Dealer."

Probably an aquaintance of the guy me and Vieira ended up spending half the night with. I've forgotten his name, so in my memory banks he's simply called Junkie-Bob.

Is this legit, Liverpoodlians?
