I must ask: is there a character named Patrick Haper (one of the characters in all of the Sharp's movies)? Because i have to renaimed my character; his name was Richard Sharpe.

As far as I am aware no. Only Richard exists from 95th as an NPC.

Kinda offtopic, but how do you zoom out like in those screenshots, i can't even see my legs in 3rd person.

There is a key assigned to this. Currently and I think by default it is the ` key which is at top left near number 1 button on keyboard.

I've found a man named 'Artimenner' in a local tavern of Amsterdam, however he was wearing some olden clothes from some old time ago, and spoke in a manner of no class.
