Your ideas just keep getting better! I got such a kick out of this. I've never seen a server owner intentionally shoot themselves in the foot by releasing such negative publicity.  Then again, it IS your server so you keep doing what you're doing. I'll sit around and wait for the next 8 minute cry for attention.

I am just practicing video editing really, and a project like this though stupid to some people, helps me learn the modern tools needed to make my own music videos, or any type of video I would like to make.  I love building new technical skills, and why not promote the mod while I'm at it. 

It was my first time actually editing video and I find it to be a fun new skill to learn.
