Ok, I have a question with regard to Ritterbruders and Knights of Christ:  how does one obtain them?  Is a certain faith level needed?  Or is there some other "hidden" way?  I've looked through the forums and haven't found an answer, and would appreciate one if possible.

I found a squad of Ritterbruders in a tavern and paid them to join my company.

You can pick Agonic Recruits in villages and train them to become Ritterbrueder.

How?  Whenever I level them up, they become militia, then pikemen, then hallebruders, and finally diedebruder.  Unless I have some sort of bug, or there is another leveling path besides this and the archery path (militia, archer, crossbowman, sharpshooter), there appears to be no way of obtaining them.
