Fantasy swords??

One of the best things about M&B is the different swords, sometimes they just look so good when you've got one in your hand.
I often liked the different designs available in POP.

how about a few more fantasy based designs???

i myself am not computer art\software savvy but i was hoping to inspire those who are.

Brendan has progressed alot over the years and his more recent work is definatlely showing talent and greatness.
There are definately cheap swords out there in any genre. And fantasy is no exception.

I think the example i used may not be the best for my own taste....I'm not a big fan of that hilt design but that link is worthy to me because of the blade design, which is unique and takes a certain amount of courage and adventure to undertake its contruction in the first place because it is outside of the norm. And i think he managed to pull it off quite well.

what i'm talking about is that it would be great to see more varied blade design. the flowing lines of a leaf blade are always a wonder. things like that may suit some POP races. I continue to find myself drawn to POP even tho at the moment i don't play it. I think i love the vreative process of the gaming industry itself.

there are so many delicious fantasy designs out there, why rehash only the medieval\history genres to death? history itself moved on but we have not.

Jody samson galleries-for those yet to see his work, his hilts were not always works of time and depth but where Jody stood out was his custom blades.
-It takes a willingness of imagination to see what Jody himself was envisioning, His creative flair for varied blade design was second to none. The sublte curving grace of the galahad broad sword always blows my mind.

I just laughed so hard imagining that you, ElvenExile, are actually the person who made the swords and you're just advertising yourself. Lol.

Anyways. I prefer huge badass swords actually. Two handers are my all time favourite weapons. The war cleaver is my all round general favourite warband weapon. Since I hate stabbing anyways. I always wished for an extra weapon slot, or for bow  and arrows going in the same slot. Cos I can never fit a shield in
I wouldn't mind some fancy two-handers, specially if they look brutal.

EDIT: Guys... those swords are ****ing REAL!! I thought they were just very good modelled pictures but... its actual solid steelwork!! I'm so gonna get a sword one day! I'm gonna get a custom sword, in real life! I just hope the guy won't stop making them by the time I get the money to buy one...
