The entire ruleset will not be up for debate at that point for several reasons that should be self-evident. If there are some nagging issues about the rules, it would've been best to get them out in the two weeks after we sent out the PM to previous captains, but if that didn't happen, it would be good to hear the issues asap.
In any case, the ruleset is not getting changed much from the previous tourney, and the working rules the admin team has been using are available for your perusal in your PM inbox.
