Official Clans/Regiments - Applications

If you want to get your clan or regiment added to the game, which provides an ingame clan/regiment chat and a unique banner,
then it needs to fulfil the following requirements.

Registered on the website
Your clan/regiment needs to be created on the website before you apply.

Member Count
Your clan/regiment should consist of atleast 6 members.
Clans/Regiments with less than 6 members wont be added to the official list.

Clan/Regiment Name
Names with offensive or discriminating meaning of any kind wont be accepted.
Using those in your players name will result in a ban.

Activity
Your members should play the mod atleast once per week.
Clans/Regiments with almost no activity will be removed from the official list.

Banner
The banner has to be a 256x256 pixel PNG file.
No semi transparent parts allowed, only full transparency or no transparency.
The border pixels are supposed to be transparent, to avoid hard edges on heraldic items,
so basicly 254x254 pixels can be used for the banner.
Make sure that everything outside your banner logo is transparent.

The banner will be displayed(on heraldic items) ontop of the faction flag, that's why unused texture area has to be transparent.
An example of how the banner will look like on armors and shields can be seen here.
The overall look of the banner should fit to the mod's setting, so modern -symbols, -flags, -smilies etc. are not allowed.

If your clan/regiment meets the conditions above, then write down an application with the following content;

Name: Name of the Clan/Regiment

Banner: Display your banner here, if it's not done yet you can add it later on, but it is required of course

Yes but your group wont be added to the official list.
Banner slots are limited, thats why we only accept bigger groups.

My clan's banner still doesn't show up. I've been told that its been uploaded to the mod with the recent patch.

I just got a PM from your clan leader and he told me that you're no longer a member of the clan.
So I removed your application, but the iK clan leader is going to post an application anyway.
