Wages too high for towns

Recently I conquered a town and placed a small garrison of 100 men, so far so good.

Then the commoners tookk control of the garrison and began to dramatically increment de number of troops stationed in the town, thats good I thought, but my economy is going down too fast since I cannot pay for the troops at town garrison and the town does not generate income enough to pay them.

Any suggestions ?

Not sure if thats related to warband or AD1257

I thought settlement controlled garrisons were paid by the settlement themselves are they not?

No, not for AD 1257 latest version at least

Couldn't you just toggle back control?

Are you using the svn version or the kill all the peasants one?

The final version (its SVN). I can get control backk but that will destroy the actual garrison (all the troops).

Actually Im paying 16.000 denars for a garrison of 500 men at Valencia Town, thats overkill.

Ok now I see what happened, when I conquered the town I tookk control in order to deploy troops, when the king gave the town to me it switched back the garrison to commoners control. All I needed was just taking control again (with the penalty in relation)

You can copy over "prsnt_budget_report" ( replace ) from the presentations.txt from official to SVN version.
Towns will pay for automated garrison as they did b4.
