So id like to know, i just got the Napoleonic Wars DLC and it was gifted to me by a NA player, but im in Europe and all i seem to get is NA servers, so dose it actually affect the server list if the game is bought in NA but used in Europe? And if so can i change it to Europe?

No, it doesn't change anything at all.
Napoleonic Wars is the 'mod' having the most of servers started on.
I assure you there are quite a lot of EU servers.

Well i really for the life of me cant find one, all the servers are about 150+ ping!

Try to join the server 'FG_Groupfighting'.
It is a server I am hosting, in France. If you still have a bad ping, it might be due to your connection.

My ping dosent go under 80 even on EU servers, yet on Warband i average 40, i guess ill just have to live with that...
