I don't know where i need put the scripts .. i need what files.. please i need help.

This is a very outdated and a system that was made by Froweey which actually doesnt work

when i saw those scripts i would fly from happiness for i though ill have for my server some for free but when i proceeded with reading i realized they dont work i actually cried ... how happiness can go so fast but sadness cant ...
