I've done everything I can to stop this issue

This still didn't fix the issue. Can anyone offer any input on this? I've been at startup progress bar screen with nothing for 30 minutes now after restart attempts. Using the latest M&B:Warband + Latest version of the mod with Windows 7 and a 64 bit PC with a great card and CPU.
EDIT: Fixed it. If anyone else is having this issue, the solution I used was fresh reinstall on everything, and then it worked. Thanks.
