How to disallow shooting on server

Hello everyone I know there is alot servers that were coded and when you shoot there it wont do any damage.  Could you help me how to do so?

You can modify the items server side.

I remember a friend of mine said that there was a server setting to disallow/deactivate ranged weapons or something. So maybe in the settings there is an option for this? Can't really help you too much here as I have never ran a NW server.

It's a script that makes bullets fly behind you rather than infront. You could ask the owners of servers like groupfighting for it.
