WdL Battle Event

General Information

Next Battle: 20.07.2014
Server: Sunday_Battle_Event
Time: 18:00 UTC/GMT (Timezones)
The server password will mostly be given out on Steam,
so please add the admins. If you don't have Steam,
join our Teamspeak.

About the Event
We plan to make 2-3 rounds per map with
and 2 maps in the event.
We try to use mostly custom maps made by us.

Rules
- No Trolling
- No Teamkilling
- No Insulting/Flaming
- Public chat is for leaders only
- Cav maximum of 14 per team
- No horse archer
- At least 1 flag-bearer per clan
- Infantry has to stick together (Max 1 man spacing)
- Fire in charge is allowed, but no shooting in melee fights
- crouching only in double ranks
- 1 sapper only for arty
- Shovels for sappers only

Info about the Naval event:
We cancelled the Naval event, because
it is too difficult to implement our idea of
spawning on an island beacuse we lack a
skilled mapper.

This is a problem? You can make a suitable pier and spread people.

We wanted to do something like that but our mapper is busy at the moment and nobody of us is experiened enough in mapping so we thought it would be alot easier if we host a land battle event. When it is clear how to make such a map with ships, we'll decide if we host a naval battle but for now we want to host a land battle.

We don't have a time limit, this is just the time we expect one team to win. The time limit is at maximum but at some point we have to speed up the round so it doesn't take too long, but I can take it out if it was a bit confusing.

We might lose alot of members in the end of the event due to NW people usally have a warm up or something half and hour before 7 O'clock wich might crash.
