Is a vote ban permanent?

Got vote banned from a server, no I wasn't doing anything wrong, was on a good kill streak, killing those idiots who love to team up, didn't say anything in chat. Anyway is this going to be a permanent ban because I like to play on that server a lot.

I am pretty certain poll bans are an hour each, no more no less.

Poll bans are equivalent to a temporary ban, which is equal to one hour.
However, it might change in function of the mod you are playing on.
Developers could set it to a permanent see a different set of ban time for most advances systems (3 hours, 1 day, 1 week, etc...).
