How do i install this mod?

I downloaded the file, the 3.92 update and the other update. I have two files now in my module folders one says sword of damocles warlords and the other one the same but with 3.89. Both don't work though.

Ok it works now but stuck on loading game?

when starting a new game it can take 1-30 minutes to load depending on hardware, averrage is 3-10 minutes.

The world has to set up a larger map and economy. It won't take this long when loading a save.

Also make sure you also download and install the patch.
