How the hell did he do this is this a hack bug or something?

Sorry if this is wrong thread to be posting in but any one have a clue how he does this? This is commander battle.

All of his men are crouching, maybe a glitch when you are facing an enemy in a specific direction.

Oh, yes, absolutely right.
However, since this thread seems innactive, I believe he found how to fix his issue.
