Teaming up on deathmatch modes

OK I'm all for not killing musicians/sappers and maybe even arty but its so annoying when people feel the need to group up in DM. Please explain why.

When a deatmatch server is full, it's fun to team-up with your regiment and crush them all. But yeah sometimes I hate it too when they troll hard and are together.
