Hello mates, I wish to know if there is any way to help Cado, that cantabrian guy who hates saxons, in stead of being his enemy.

Sorry, Cado has two options only:

- Fight vs him.
- Recruit elite cantabrian troops from him (advoid fighting dialogs)
