Query: Sales bots.

I have always wondered, since the links seem to go [Inactive] as soon as they post the links do they still generate revenue?
If not, why isn't the forum on a sales 'blacklist' in terms of unprofitable traffic diversion?

cost incurred by time taken to fine tune bot activity > cost incurred by time taken to divert bot to more sites would be my guess.
