Couple of questions

Hi

1. what good are the freelance troops? theyr worse then Swadian troops (btw i play native troop tree)

2. When troops are on patrol (round your town) do they earn experience?

3. Can you stop lords from defecting?

4. Is there people still working on this mod?

Just have to say i really enjoy this mod! Great work people keep it up =)

4. Nope

1. You can edit them, which is pretty much the only reason to use them. You can even edit what equipment they can choose from, but it requires some work using Morgh's or editing the module system files.

2. Pretty sure they don't. You can manually add or remove troops from them though, if they belong to you. You can replace their weak guys with stronger guys, level up the weak guys yourself then give them back so you have some strong patrols. Costs a lot of money but a few strong patrols will really cut down the bandit population in your territories, keeping your farmers and caravans safer.

3. Build good relation. Some lords will still defect even with good relation though. They're usually the quarrelsome and sadistic lords, who have their own agenda. As for the other lords types, as long as you have positive relation they are unlikely to defect ever, unless they were called to revive their old faction (still unlikely for them to defect if you made them defect to your faction in the first place).

4. Aside from submods, not really. Further development has gone into Silverstag, which is pretty much an upgraded and typically better version of Floris.
