some more stuff i've done recently:

added crouch (Z) because why not
tweaked the way the animations work so they're less spammable and obnoxious-- don't worry, still pretty spammable and obnoxious just not as bad
currently in the process of adding a few more bot classes
decided to make at least one more map because JURASSIC plains was pretty garbage (and i may or may not have accidentally deleted it anyways)
