Help with North & South .txt file for nations please.

I guess I am screwing something up, I would be grateful if someone could tell me the correct way to put this.

How do I set it up to where you only get Confederates/Unions?

can anyone explain or help me out?

#adding less nations will reduce the randomization set (used in set_randomize_factions command)
