Clan vs Clan

I'm currently am leader of a new NA Native clan and I am on the point of having enough men to actually start entering some touraments and battles, although we do need training and I suggest that the best why to practice other then by our selves is to get in the action and show what we are made of.

So I would like to set up some 1v1,2v2s and so on with other clans that would like to join in. I would like these Scrims to be weekly or like be held more then once so we can test out steel regulary.
Any clans that would like to join in on this please leave a comment with your clan's name and your steam name or contact me through PM

My friend the best way to improve is to all go on POM the battle server and practice playing as a team, clans aren't going to do 2v2s and such

If you hop in the POM ts you can probably get in on a pickup with many clans participating. They happen pretty often.

Or that works too, and I think some of them would

So I've collected some resources for you to get started.

Here is the clan list for North America (I assume you are given the posts, your clan thread didn't note anything) http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,290414.0.html

All of those except Alpha Alliance are active.

Here is the POM TS3 info. 66.225.195.182:9988  You will find a lot of clans there who would be willing to have some pickups/scrims although they would be atleast 6v6 if not 7v7 (standard in NA). I think all of the clans have their voice server (and type) in their clan thread.

As a few have mentioned USA_Central_POM is the best place to start. You will find pretty much every competitive player go in there to warm up/practice/keep sharp so you can gauge their skill. Not to mention what you ping there is what you'll most likely ping in a scrim environment (although there are some routing issues going around lately, some server providers might ping differently).

Here are the standard rules for NA http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,292630.0.html . There are some that won't apply in a pickup. Match times are between 1 hr - 1.5 hrs (Although they may go shorter if everything gets decided quickly). If you want me to extract what you need to know for rules, I can do that for you.

Oh and there are streams you can watch at http://www.twitch.tv/warbandna or http://www.Twitch.tv/Cradoc or if you fancy some European action, there's http://www.Twitch.tv/MB_tv and http://www.youtube.com/MBtvReplay (they got different rules, but you can still learn a thing or five from them )

So good luck getting into the scene, it's going to be hard and you're going to have to learn a lot but I've found it to be quite entertaining and fun

I thank you for the help and just BTW when I say 2v2 or 1v1 I'm not just taking about one player vs on player I'm talking about one clan vs one clan or two clans vs two clans and so on

Honestly there hasn't been a multi clan battle in the NA scene in quite some time. Here's a few videos made a couple of years ago.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wkUQl3hKDAo

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zP7Qf0Y3w5g

Nowadays we mostly do one clan vs one clan "pickups" or tournament matches.

If you need some help getting your clan going, feel free to hop on pom ts and look for me in the rebel channel.

I have noticed and tbh I would truly like to get it started back up and thank you for the offering, this stuff is hard at time

Like I want to be able to bring this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7XTiZ5HofSg) back to native rather then the videos that you showed me where its just like a regular game rather then a organized battle

I would have your members work on teamwork, both in POM and in-clan practices, before challenging other clans to scrims. All current NA clans are pretty well-established with good teams (some more than others). It's never fun getting steam-rolled and may cause morale issues among your members. Practice until you guys feel confident fighting next to each other, then the next step in your growth would be challenging other clans to scrim. You might not win at first, but use the experience to improve. If you and your members keep at it, you will be winning in no time. The Rebels are always up for a scrim so let us know when your team is ready. Good luck!

I'm going to directly disagree with MrNevino.

Do not, under any circumstances, practice on Siege if you want to become a stronger player competitively. The skill range of players on GK siege is relatively very low compared to POM players, and the way that you get a lot of kills (feint spam to oblivion) on GK siege will not carry over into Battle.

Practice on POM or another Battle server. Siege will actually make you worse.
