I just tried to start up Mount and Blade after not playing it for a while and it's come up with the activation window again. I tried putting my key in again and it's saying "activation denied". Anyone know whats wrong?

You could try running through a manual activation and see if that works.

Not sure why it would need re-activation though.

Just bumping this because I still haven't been able to get it working. Manual activation denied the key too .

I'm confused.

When you double click on the M&B shortcut, you should get the usual menu. Does it not say "Mount and Blade is running in full mode" on the right of that?

Also, when you tried manual activation, did it tell you how many activations you had left?

It says it's running in trial mode, and the quote from the manual activation is "Activation for this Serial Number has been denied." It's still working fine on my brothers PC.

It sounds as if there aren't any activations left for your serial key.

Have you changed any hardware since you last had it installed on that machine?

The counter resets every three months or so, so you could just wait. Otherwise, it may be worth getting it touch with Armagan and seeing if he can help.
