Universal Extractor download help

I have been using this great program for a long time for extracting archives and there is this unofficial update.

Today I formatted my PC and need the same program again and I can't seem to find the official download link for this update.  Can anyone help me find it?

I mainly use it to extract files from exe, cab, sis, etc... files

Isn't unpacking exes illegal or something?

It is not illegal unless it is stated. Still it's just a pack of archived files and unless it's encrypted (which is usually the case with copyright protected files, and I don't have to skills to decrypt them anyway) there is nothing stopping you from unpacking it in many countries.
