The Goal:
To make an immersive mod that has more RPG elements, better graphics, and an expanded campaign.
I'm curious if I can actually hold all of this territory, the distance is so far.
wanted to do MP as well but that seems broken now, so single player it is.

Some background

I almost named this mod Emperor Alfonzos Bad Dream. Emperor Alfonzo is a character of mine that conquered all the land in my Heraldic armies mod and ruled it for several years before I quit playing. I thought a rulers nightmare could possibly make for an interesting mod. So here we are, and this is what I imagined.
He keeps dreaming that he is starting over from the beginning, but the land and people aren't quite right. More land, more peoples, the familiar lands seem the same but the people are a little different.
Basically you are playing a young Alfonzo in his nightmare land.
Hope that helps explain the map and the historical incorrectness.

I upgraded to 1.166 and this quit working, of course WSE only supports 1.153 and isn't being worked on anymore. The work around listed in the WSE thread doesn't work for me. This is what I did. I upgraded to 1.166, I renamed the new .exe warband_new, then I deleted the warband icon from my desktop and put warband_new shortcut in its place, then I placed the 1.153 .exe and the WSE files into the warband folder. WSE runs the 1.153 .exe and if I want to run 1.166 the desktop icon starts it they both seem to work fine so far, I'm running the new fmodex.dll. I hope this helps some people that want to run WSE mods.
As far as the mod I think it can only be worked on with the 1.153 module system.

Known issues new heroes; Dialog has to be changed yet

Some horses look funny or are mostly invisible in inventory view from me merging meshes and keeping the textures right,


Alpha 2 issues faction flags off by one, already fixed in beta, get an error when you first appear on the map from a scene prop?
Some cities are wrong have to be changed

modified sea battles to include river terrain
the 230 new villages are on the map need scenes yet

made it so more food spoils, but it lasts a day longer

got mercantilism mod by keinPlan86m back in the parts I want anyways
shut off a lot of diplomacy presentations ie: trade agreements, truces, and a few others with this many factions sometimes i had 30 presentations to click through
modified Rigale fatigue system, random encounters
added clerics by Idibil

had to remove campaign AI due to a hash vector error
 
added different sized troops, it's kind of wonky, the different troops sizes are  hard coded, size is not random, as they move up the troop tree they will change sizes, there are 9 sizes only have 6 implemented for this test

Good afternoon. Excellent idea! Mod is gorgeous. There are a few questions: 1) Will the mod key firearm? 2) Will the mod added features such as the birth of children (for example Brutenwalda). 3) Will the mod added mines (eg, silver)?

sorry atm there is no more and some of the very little put down might be changed, this is still early alpha there might be more added, I'm thinking about it
but anyways I'm one person and I'm not working with factions right now, I will post more about factions when it is available :smile:
