Audacity files?

So I accidentally overwrote audacity_1 file with audacity_2 file. Is there any way to undo that so I can get audacity_1 back?

I tried clicking on the audactiy_1_data file and restoring it to a previous point but that didn't seem tot work so... any suggestions?

Does nothing. I have already closed the audacity file because it was fine at first, but then I recorded a second recording and that was fine, but after listening to both they are the same.
