Little problem...

Hi to all. I'm a huge fan of the mod and i'm just loving it (i like Poe, so all the references almost gave me an orgasm), but i have a little problem.
I want to begin the study in necromancy, but i can't find the place called "Fountain of blood" (something like this). Some says i need to speak with a traveler, but i did that a lot of times and i have no resoults, some other says i need to go to a secret city near the north empire.
Someone can help me? I can't find this place in any way! Please contact me via mp o using a spoiler post, so you don't ruin the experience for the other users.

There is some basic info here, although it is somewhat outdated. If you're willing to read several pages worth of discussion you can find answers to most of the secrets in the mod here. Not all information in that thread is spoilered, however, so tread with caution.
As for the answer to your question, I haven't played the latest version(s?) and don't know about the traveler, but the secret city
