help with a unit reskin

Now I wasn't all to sure where to ask post this so i thought this might be an appropriate place.

I was just wondering if someone could help me with a sinle Russian reskin , I prefer late Victorian styled uniforms over Napoleonic so here's what I'd want my reskin to look like (crude drawing but you can make it out). , it's not something historical (or real for the matter of fact) but I'd think it'd make a nice looking skin. the perfect unit to replace would probably be the normal line infantry.

Though I do not know what to give in return for it. maybe we could work something out..

Look around the modding forums in NW's boards, there's bound to be people who skin for a living. Even more in FSE forums.
