Ah, I had the same when I started my regiment at the end of MM.
By the way, in 84e, we've like minimum 2 recruits applying/day, so keep looking, you'll find.
True, it's just the places I used to use daily, no longer 'produce the milk' so to speak. I've recruited on public servers for over a month, yet to have a recruit, I never even had to until recently.
