On that fateful day June 8th 2013, CoR_Arch3r staked his claim for the sacred chese in the town of Verloren with this statement:

CoR_Archer said:
We hereby claim the cheese on the Cheesetable on the map Verloren as the Cheese of Reveran. Our claim is justified as we won all the rounds when we grouped around the cheese table as our supreme tactic. When we did not head for the cheesetable and fought elsewhere, we lost the round. It must have been a sign from the divine Armagan himself that this is in fact our cheesetable.

With belief that the divine creator Armağan himself supports their claim, they have let the world know of their cheesy intentions.

However that very same day, RNGD_Nubijuki reduted Arch3rs claim on the basis of his team's nationality and tradition, making a counter claim of his own:

RNGD_Nubijuki said:
This cheese has been made by french people, and must be eat by french people.

RNGD are claiming it.

Since well founded reason and argument didn't exist in the middle ages and is only seeping into existence lately, the right to name the cheese will be settled by a FIGHT!

Both teams state their official but irrelevant and unimportant claims:

CoR_Arch3r: "RNGD has fabricated their claims on the cheese, we are the true cheesemasters. Not only is our claim older, we also have a long history with the cheese, tracing all the way back to Saturday the 8th of June."

RNGD_Nubijuki: "France culture count more than 300 kind of cheese, and we won't leave any of them! It is a symbol of same value than the very famous Baguette. When we eat them, it gives us strengh and power! CoR wants to steal this cheese? Let them try ..."

The rules follow that of the WNL with the following changes:

-Only the map Verloren by AZAN will be used
-A total of 8 rounds shall be played
-Court of Reveran will spawn at the cheese spawn first (spawn 1)
-Teams will not switch factions
-Renegades will make their faction pick first and Court of Reveran will pick in response
-For a won round to be valid, someone from the team that won must have dropped a shield on the cheese table in that round
-If the round ends in a draw and one team has dropped a shield on the table but the other team hasn't, the team that dropped it wins
-If the round ends in a draw and both teams dropped shields, the round is a valid draw and no one gets points
-If the round ends in a draw and neither team has dropped a shield on the table then the round is invalid and replayed
-No one is allowed to take shields from the table out of respect for the cheese
-Invalid rounds are replayed
-Teams may use up to 2 mercenaries at any given time
-Any mercenaries used must feel passionately about cheese
-The winner earns the right to name that stinkin' piece o' cheese forever

Great! Looking forward to it. Good luck to both may the best team win.

Bear in mind that CoR can mirror (but rock if they do).
^ imo

Question: if a round ends, and only one team dropped a shield on the cheesetable, does that team automatically win that round? I think they should.

No you have to drop a shield and win the round within the rules of the game (kills flags).

Invalid rounds are replayed (added to OP)

This rule should be in place. It would turn the rounds into exciting struggles where one team must prevent the other from reaching the table. Strategy would become more important, and the battle for the cheese would be made more prominent.

Regardless, I'm excited for a light fluff match between WNL bouts.
