Relations detoriation

Good day to you. I have some problems with relations with my Lords. From time to time, all relations with my lords detoriate for -2 points, and a loss some honor. And I really dont know reason. It is terrible problem with maintaining big kingdoms like my Celtica Britania If you have idea what is wrong, please help !
