Saw no thread about this game here, so I think I'm starting one.
What is Dungeons of Dredmor? In my opinion, one of the few-and-far-between legitimate modern successors to the roguelike genre - tile-based and turn-based RPG with extremely deep gameplay and infinite procedurally generated dungeons, a quirky sense of nerd humor and most importantly, permadeath. In addition, for its genre DoD sports awesome music and distinct artwork, which is always good to have.
As at present the game is going pretty strong with two (IIRC) free expansions and a budding modding community. It's a huge bargain last time I checked - the whole package shouldn't cost more than 10 bucks and it can easily drum up as many hours as Skyrim.
