A HNC is basically the equivalent to a year of University but at a slightly lower level and is regarded as a Level 5 qualification. It will allow me to do the exact same stuff that professional games designers do without the hassle of tight deadlines set by publishers or a lack of budget.

I also have no idea what a level 5 qualification is supposed to be, mate.

The HNC sounds practical though. Hop to it.

Three-letter acronyms in education can be fun. For example, I'm doing an IBL education at HBO-level at an institute called NHL.

Anything level 5 and above is entering the realms of Masters, honours and doctorate degrees, level 5 specifically being intermediate (just look here).

We do. Used to have PRONA, we still have PP that has people like Bolsonaro on it, PEN which has several people who say stuff like "defending life and the military", PSDC has fascist members and is outright theocratic, PSC defends complete privatization, PRTB's logo is "let's turn Brazil towards the right", for crying out loud. Not counting a trillion people sprinkled around parties that are pro all sorts of hate speech ****, just count how many people say that they want to "defend life", "defend the family", "defend the christian family", my personal favourite is "in defense of the military family and animals". PSDB, while not far right ideologically is effectively the biggest force in Brazilian right, and since the left-right spectrum is defined by who currently holds power, PSDB is far right in Brazilian politics.

PSTU, PSOL, PCO and PCB are the Brazilian left-wing, PT is center-left. PCdoB and PMDB are center. PV is on a category of its own. All the other twenty or so parties have center-right or right-wing connotations. Saying we have no far right when our political spectrum has tens of right-wing parties is absurd.

Also, if people are wondering I believe there are 32 registered parties in Brazil.

They're centre-right. Being a bunch of neoliberal pansies doesn't make them far-right.

Though some of the christian and military parties are closer, yes, it doesn't make PSDB far right just because they're the larger right wing party in the country.

Hell, even PSB (Socialist party, yay!) is going more yolo on economical liberalism than PSDB in this election.

I'll grant you PRONA, but none of the others are far right. Are they on the right? Sure. Far into it? Absolutely not. Are there people in them who are far right? Yes, but don't mistake the tree for the woods. This all makes me wonder,  is "political right" something you use to describe parties things you don't like? It certainly looks so.
