Back by popular demand - it's another installment of the Cavalry Groupfighting Tournament, where once again the best of Napoleonic cavalrymen face off in an unforgiving single-elimination tournament. Think you have what it takes to go all the way? Sign up your five-man team and join us in the arena!
Rules:
- Team size: 5-8 Players including reserves.
- The match format is 5 vs 5.
- Quarter finals and below - Best of 3 rounds.
- Semifinals & bronze match - Best of 5 rounds.
- Finals - Best of 7 rounds.
- Each team will, in their application, sign up with a preferred cavalry class. Should the teams that will meet each other have signed the same class, they will play that class.
Should the classes differ between teams, team leaders can either play as their own classes or decide on one class to play as by mutual agreement.
- If dismounted, you are allowed to keep fighting without restriction. However, if your team loses all its horses, you are immediately considered defeated.
- Related to the above, you are not under any circumstances allowed to dismount voluntarily.
- Any person who leaves the fenced fighting area is considered defeated and may not return to combat.
- No shooting, for any reason.
- Only rankers are allowed.
- There are no second chances. When you lose, you're out. The exception to this is the bronze match, between losers of semifinals.
