questions about the blacksmiths

first of all great mod i really enjoy it so far
as i got to some towns already the bar keeper s telling me about 7  special blacksmiths all arround the map
i now went to one but he says i dont have enough renown
how much renown is required for him to open store for me?
and is his stuff really wroth it?

answers: renown requiered is about  750.
their craftings do cost 12000-20000 and is quite average
at this time i already have better things though
(its more about the noble stuff for a king)
