Poll

Regarding factions, what would you prefer?

The peloponnesian league (sparta and allies), The delian league (athens and allies), thracians, scythians and illyrians. Tons of greek factions would make people a bit lost.
All greek factions, divided by their regional settlements, (eg. achaeans, boeotians, phocians etc) along with the other foreign ones. (more than 20 factions total)
The main ones, the foreign ones and just some of the mainland ones, so as to not get very confusing.

Recommended System Specs:

Windows XP 64-bit, Windows XP, Windows 2000 ........

ur system specs is not supported

For some reason I think your slightly retarded. Some of the admins and moderators and tons of players use Vista and it works.  :wink:
It is just the drivers or game compatibility with them that is causing the problem.
I was worried Gothic Knight's feelings may have been hurt when he called him an "Agly Whore". My understanding is that his pimp's name is actually Andy, not Agly.

What M&B, yes it does run fine with Vista. Only little errors, rarely too.

errrrrrrrr...
man, I got to ask, are you crazy?
why did you use so many 2048x2048 textures? I think they are truly unnecessary. even Fallout3 used mainly 1024x1024 and 512x512 textures. M&B has no good at grafic performence. your attempting will only make the computer slower, but no any better than normal size textures. oh, and also make this mod very  very huge.

you gave many helmets, armors, weapons one 1024x1024 for each one of them, that still not ganna help, they still look like mosaic, cause those huge textures are full of mosaic.

Lynores, I really respect your perseverance for the mod, but the way you unmapping and texturing the meshes I can't agree.

Yeah, that's true Lynores... Though the thread still rocks! Actually I'm still 91% and it says that it will be downloaded in 14minutes -surely a lie, I tell you it will take more...

If anyone has problems reaching some parts of the map do this

Go to
Modules\The Peloponnesian War\
(Withing your instalation directory)

Then open the module config file

At the top it will most likely say:
module_name = Calradiamap_min_x   = -105.000000

Change it so it looks like
module_name = Calradia
map_min_x   = -105.000000

This did it for me.
This hammer-swinger's talkin' to you

The file size will be reduced for the alpha version, like I said. I won't have the time for that until then, though.

kurjajuur:

I have tested it here myself, no errors on my end. Check the folder to see if you have the texture. If not, just get any random wall texture and name it like that.

about the texture size i think that M&B need bigger textures, you can't compare it to other games like fallout3 or assassin's creed 'cause it doesn't use the same shader and lighting quality

I can barely fight any battles or enter the arena without the game crashing.
