Lottocratically-Preselected Meritocratic-Oligarchy

 This system of government might be described as follows.
By lottery, a group of citizens are selected for positions within government. The contestants are then forced to compete with each other on national game-shows of all types, quiz shows, comedy sports competitions, singing/dancing competitions, and basically any television show which allows for cash prizes via success on their terms.

 This is done until there are no more television shows to test with available. The contestant with the greatest amount of money earned is then made chief executive of the nation. The two contestants who gained the most success on intelligence and judgment based shows overall, are then selected for the legislative and judicial chief positions, respectively.

These persons retain their office until such time as they wear away all of their winnings. A new set of contestants are then lottocratically selected, and the process repeats.
