thats how many can have taht rank to stop things like ahving 7 majors in one battle like

Private of Horse -PvtH - Unlimited - 10

this means their can be unlimited people in this rank but you need 10 points to become this rank and so on

Funfact: I was in the 42 Commando/Royal Marines and expanded them into MM/NW then the leaders wanted my regiment and we said **** no and then they made Royal Marines.
