Anyway, I'd post a picture to appease the Pharaoh but I have nothing new or interesting to show.
 
Naturally. I didn't mean you could show up and ask and you'd get it that easily. But in the other case, you simply won't get it unless: a, you cheat blood tests or b, your physician doesn't care and will prescribe you whatever. Or, worse, you get it illegally through alternative suppliers.
