Line Infantry Information

Colonel - Commander of the whole regiment, his word is Law.
Lieutenant Colonel - The Colonel's main advisor and most trusted man. Must be able to completely run the regiment independently without any problems should the colonel be absent, able to promote members as he see's fit, organises & leads trainings/linebattles in the absence of the colonel.
Major - 3rd highest possition in the regiment able to promote people but needs to get it approved by either the Lt.Col or Col, organises & leads trainings/linebattles in the absence of higher ranker officer's.
Captain - Keeps an eye on the SNCO's, see who's active and not and will report to the Lt.Col or Col and ask how to proceed, organises & leads trainings/linebattles in the absence of higher ranker officer's.
First Lieutenant - Keeps an eye on the JNCO's, see who's active and not and will report to the Lt.Col or Col and ask how to proceed, organises & leads trainings/linebattles in the absence of higher ranker officer's.
Second Lieutenant - An officer in training, keeps an eye on the Specialists to see who's active or not and will report to the Lt.Col or Col and ask how to proceed, organises trainings/linebattles in the absence of higher ranker officer's & will learn the process of recruiting & how to maintain the regiment.

Battalion Sergeant Major - Keeps an eye on multiple lines simultaneously keeping things in order & relaying the situation to current commander, this includes all enemy lines & all friendly lines, needs 360° awareness during a battle.
Regimental Sergeant Major - The Colonel's right hand man & pistol bullet when it comes to discipline during linebattles. Must be able to shout down the microphone relatively loud and keep the regiment/members in order & the morale high during a battle, must be able to command & lead should the commanding officers die during battle.
Sergeant Major - Assists RSM during linebattles or Takes over the RSM's job in his absence or if the RSM dies in duty.
Drill Sergeant - Sets up & leads the first 10 minutes of training to warm up the members and get things organised, must have the time and grade put in for the rank and a loud voice, must be responsible and able to command and lead.
Colour Sergeant - Must ensure the flag stays out of enemy hands at all times, must know correct flag placement during formations & be at Guardsman Captain level of melee skill.
Adjutant - Must be more trustworthy & active than any other SNCO due to the responsibilities of being an Adjutant, must speak clear understandable english via microphone [other languages are a + but not necessary], must know every detail of the forums & our recruitment process [Training availiable if you do not know.] & must check the forums once/twice a day & actively recruit new members without being asked too.

Staff Sergeant - Must follow and help the drill sergeant during trainings and lead training if Drill Sergeant is not present, must also have a loud voice and be able to take command and lead, must be trained to Gds & Rfl level of skill.
Sergeant - Must be familiar with all forms of commanding a line as they might be asked to lead a class in training or command in line battles should others die, must be trained to Gds & Rfl level of skill as their main focus is holding line discipline under enemy gunfire or charges.
Corporal - Will be expected to seriously learn the ways of leadership via observation of higher ranks and must set an example to the lower ranks as Cpl's are future SNCO/Officer candidates. If said Cpl has no microphone they will still be expected to watch and learn however they are still generally a standard field nco.
Lance Corporal - The first step to becoming a true NCO, chosen for their possible potential in leading and above average skills on the battlefield - standard field nco.

Guardsman Captain - Leader of the guardsmen, excellent field awareness during a battle & the ability to take on 2-3 people simultaneously in melee, also must take the time to train guardsmen candidates & current guardsmen so they are up to standard, requires microphone as this rank is the equivalent of a Sergeant.
Rifleman Captain - Leader of the Riflemen, this role includes being able to scout and shoot the enemy from along distance away, along with moving targets, also must take the time to train riflemen & marksmen candidates, requires microphone as this rank is the equivalent of a Sergeant.
Marksman - Riflemen that have proved their accuracy and valiance on the field of battle, the marksman role is not to shoot at the enemy line when ordered but to rather aim for the enemy officers leading the enemy line, if no officer is present he will aim at the leading ends of the line. (Can also aim for enemy musicians & flagmen if no officer is in sight.)
Guardsman - Has good melee skills and can hold his own against several enemies, must show discipline in the face of an enemy charge or friendly charge in a role of supporting the normal infantry in CQB instead of trying to get kills on their own. Also selected by the Guardsmen Captain and must go through a training session.
Rifleman - Has to be a decent shot ie "hit the side of a barn" and able to shoot moving targets. Riflemen are chosen by the Riflemen Captain or if they applied for Rfl they must complete a training which the Rifle Captain will lead and instruct.
Musician - Must have a guardsmen melee skill to qualify for this position, can apply for said position is available provided he has passed the Guardsmen training/test with the GdsCapt.
[Marines]
Marine - All general purpose infantry, adequate in both melee and shooting, and will follow orders to the Death, Unbreakable.
Regular - Not as experienced or veteran fighters such as the marines, basically just with time and training you will be promoted.
Recruit - Toilet cleaner, welcome to the regiment.

Artillery Division Information

Battery Commander - The leader of the arty section. They will command during linebattles and trainings, decides who gets to takes which artillery before a battle & where they take it after taking in the BSgt's opinion of the current map and will organise any events for the artillery section. Once arty is set up he becomes a full time observer, keeping an eye on all enemy & friendly units & issues artillery changes accordingly.

Battery Sergeant - (Spawns as Artillery Train) The BatCmdr's right hand man. The BSgt will be issued command of one artillery piece by the BatCmdr at the start & they are to oversee operations of that gun ensuring its in a good firing position and safe from the enemy, relays information on enemy movements to the major & requests relocation of the gun if needed. If the BatCmdr is killed or not present then one of the battery sergeant's will take the BatCmdr's role for the battle.

Bombardier - These men have the same tasks as a gunner however they have been trained to rapidly redeploy as a BSgt if one should die in duty or if he is not attending. They will oversee the use of the artillery unless an officer or BSgt is doing it. They must have commanding experience and be able to speak clearly.

Artillery Guards - Guards the cannon, crew, limber horse & the ammo stores with their life, must be trained to Guardsman level of skill because they will be the ones sacrificing their lives by charging/holding off the enemy to allow the cannon crew to escape or survive when under attack.
Veteran Gunner - A more experienced gunner who has the same tasks as a standard gunner but is able to make difficult shots such as hitting moving lines with relative ease or dropping a howitzer round over a hill and hitting an enemy position behind it without line of sight, veteran gunners must make every 2 out of 3 shots to achieve and keep ahold of this title they are the best of the best.
Gunner - The gunner is the one who aims & fires the gun, also gives orders to the recruits to load and announces when firing via microphone or in-game voice commands to ensure no friendlies are in the way, they are decent shots with either the howitzer or the cannon and can be relied on to follow orders on the battlefield.
