Expected time of release for Napoleonic Wars on steam is:
19th April 2012
6pm British Summer time, United Kingdom (BST/UTC+1)
7pm Central European Summer Time, Western/Central Europe (CEST/CET+1)
1pm Eastern Daylight Time, East Coast USA (EDT/EST+1)

This is not a official time of release but due to steam updates will most likely be the above times for release on steam.

Hope this has helped you impatient lot hoping for release copies

It's not on steam I think I know why it is doing american times so it will be 4 mins to release or 1 hour 4 mins

Yes, its about 10 Dollar / Euro. Its an official DLC.
